  Worst McDonalds we have experienced re consistently bad food and drinks from Trinity Gardens for almost 12 months. The drink syrups are most often majorly off, drinks often warm with little to no ice and the food quality ala the photo of my wife's chicken burger that she had to throw away is abysmal. This franchise is a disgrace to McDonald's

  Had 3 children to feed and this was the amount of fries I got leading to an argument amongst my kids as to who ate all the fries resulting In me having take all the food back ( and giving it to tue dog ) and making them vegetables as they wouldn’t believe that’s all the fries we got and were blaming each other , when I was a kid the fries were full so I understand their disbelief. As we just moved here I’m very disappointed as Mt barker McDonald never caused family fight night

  Ordered a skim cappuccino....drove off to find out had been given a hot chocolate. Drove back re-ordered and was put through as a decaf! Get to the window to be asked if 6 nuggets was my correct order

  This was quite possibly the WORST McDonald's we've ever visited.
  We ordered via the app so it was quicker and we were the first and only car in the drive thru for pick up.
  
  We ordered 2 double bacon and egg McMuffins in meals and an extra small fries and an additional hashbrown.
  
  We were asked to wait in the waiting bay. No problem...the problem was there were half a dozen cars that pulled in behind us and they all got their food plus coffees before we did!??
  
  When we did get our meals and coffees the coffees were burnt. Absolutely disgusting! Time to retrain your baristas. To top it off, we opened the McMuffins and both of them were slapped together and I'm not kidding when I say the ingredients that were SUPPOSED to be IN BETWEEN the muffin were not! I've never seen such a terribly constructed muffin, EVER!
  
  There's no point complaining to these franchises because they literally do not care.
  
  We just know, we'll never go back to that one.

  I recently visited McDonald's Trinity Gardens and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a vibrant atmosphere.
  
  The menu at McDonald's is incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Big Mac or want to try one of their delicious new offerings, there is something for everyone. The quality of the food was outstanding—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor.
  
  What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the service. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that orders were taken promptly and served quickly. The drive-thru was well-organized, with efficient order-taking and speedy delivery of the meals.
  
  The staff members at McDonald's deserve special recognition for their exceptional customer service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

  After waiting 10 mins in the drive through (told they were staff member down)., hot cakes barely warm, butter solid and unspreadable and coke flat!!!!

  This McDonalds' is the definition of fast food and They will make anything for you. They have kind staff and you can become really good friends with them.
  
  Secret Tip:
  Order Fries with No Salt for Fresh and Deliciousness

  I only utililsed the drivethrough but somehow drove off without my drink and didn't realise until I was at my destination. Not sure if my fault or theirs though. No complaints about the food.
